Hot air will flow into Poland again right after the weekend. What else will the first half of September bring us in terms of weather? Check out the long-term forecast for 16 days.
We will not feel the current slight cooling for long, because already on Monday, very warm air masses moving from the east and south will displace the cold that reached us from the north.
The way for the re-inflow of hot air will be paved jointly by a low, which will be in western Europe, together with a high, the center of which is to be located over the Kola Peninsula in northwestern Russia. The maintenance of such a pressure distribution over the continent for at least a few days will mean that we will have an untypically hot beginning of September (see map).
16 day weather forecast
Already on Monday in the south of the country the temperature will reach 30 degrees, and in the following days the temperature will rise even higher, reaching even 33, 34 degrees.
The unusually warm weather, as for the end of summer, may last until September 10, and then it will get colder – first the temperature will drop to about 25 degrees, but the following days will bring a greater cooling and in mid-September only in the south it will be about 20 degrees, and apart from that the thermometers will usually show a dozen or so degrees.
The next 16 day temperature forecast is next Sunday.
