LUSAKA, Zambia — Seven miners have been confirmed {dead} and greater than 20 others have been lacking and presumed {dead} after heavy rains precipitated landslides that buried them inside tunnels they’d been digging illegally at a copper mine in Zambia, police and native authorities stated Saturday.
