A jury convicted a former “90 Day Fiancé” star of aggravated kidnapping, home assault and interference with emergency calls, in keeping with the Knox County District Attorney’s Office.

The reality star was arrested in June 2019 after his former fiancée accused him of attacking her within the house they shared on the time. He was charged with aggravated kidnapping, home assault, interference with emergency calls and vandalism.

Knox News obtained a replica of the ex-fiancée’s petition in search of safety, wherein she claimed Paschel “repeatedly bashed/slammed my head into the hardwood flooring of my house.”

She additionally accused Paschel of dragging her by her hair via the home, along with “throwing my physique into partitions and furnishings,” the outlet reported.

The alleged sufferer claimed within the petition that she noticed her personal blood “on my partitions, furnishings, and so on.”

Paschel’s ex alleged he disabled her telephone, so she fled to a neighbor’s home to name 911. The ex-fiancée’s safety submitting additionally accused the truth star of “pushing, hitting, choking” her and threatening her on 4 events in September 2018.
