This weekend, more new film offers will appear on the Max platform. In addition to new releases, subscribers will find famous titles that have recently been shown in cinemas, as well as classics.
One of the new hits of the Max platform is a series “Penguin” with Colin Farrell in the title role. After the death of a mob boss, Oswald Cobblepot tries to take advantage of the situation in Gotham. He wants to take over the criminal underworld at all costs. Will the city be his? The series is a spin-off of the hit “Batman” from 2022. The second episode of “Penguin” will appear on Max on September 30.

Max subscribers can expect news at the beginning of the weekend. You can watch it on the website from Friday “My happy family” – a film about a middle-aged Georgian teacher who shocks her traditional, multi-generational family when she announces that she wants to live alone. This is how her journey into the unknown begins. Plus “Twister” with Helen Hunt as the leader of a group of tornado hunters. During a dangerous expedition, they are to test a new device.

They will appear on Max on Saturday “The Adventures of Tintin” – the first animated film directed by Steven Spielberg, created in cooperation with Peter Jackson. This is a thrilling 3D adaptation of the cult Belgian comic book about the adventures of Tintin. Together with Captain Barłka and his dog Miluś, the famous reporter sets off in search of a sunken ship with treasure. The insidious Sakharyn tries to thwart the plans of all three.

A day later, the film will debut on the platform “Freud's Last Session”. London, September 3, 1939. The beginning of World War II. In the last days of the life of Sigmund Freud (played by Anthony Hopkins), the founder of psychoanalysis and a recent escapee from the Nazis German writer and philosopher C.S. Lewis (Matthew Goode) visits. Two outstanding thinkers of the 20th century conduct a conversation about the condition of humanity, the existence of God, love and death, referring to their biography.
