The doctor of the Krakow University Hospital was attacked on Tuesday, around 10.30. A 35-year-old man burst into the office where the orthopedist examined the patient and attacked the doctor with a knife. The doctor, despite the efforts of medical staff, died.
The director of the University Hospital in Krakow Marcin Jędrychowski announced that the attacker was a patient dissatisfied with the course of treatment.
