What to watch on the small and big screen? In “Kadra na kino”, Ewelina Witenberg talks every Saturday on TVN24 about the most interesting events and premieres from the world of films, series and music.

In the latest edition of the “Kadr na kino” program on TVN24, Ewelina Witenberg made a “film summary of the year”. She talked about the most popular productions of recent months. It was – as she said – an unprecedented film year, with “craziness” surrounding the premieres of the films “Barbie” and “Oppenheimer”.

“Barbie” attracted the most viewers to the big screens – in Poland, the film was watched by nearly three million viewers.

This season, titled masters of cinema returned with new films, such as Martin Scorsese, who showed the persecution of Native Americans in the film “The Bloody Moon”, as well as Ridley Scott with the film “Napoleon”.

It was also a year of goodbyes. “Guardians of the Galaxy” left the film stage, and Harrison Ford played the famous archaeologist and adventurer for the last time.

2023 will also be remembered as the time of the six-month strike of scriptwriters and actors in… Hollywoodwhen many film and TV series productions were suspended.

Among the upcoming premieres, it is worth paying attention to the new film adaptation of Mr. Kleks’s Academy with Tomasz Kot as an eccentric teacher. It will be available to watch in January.

The most anticipated foreign premieres include the second part of Dune, which will be released in cinemas in early March 2024.
