On Wednesday, the draft Anti -Patodeloperate Act by Poland 2050 will go to the Sejm – said Katarzyna Pełczyńska -Nałęcz on the platform of the 10th Minister of Funds and Regional Policy. She added that the new regulations are to force companies building apartments to remove development defects regardless of the type of contract.
“The developer, like every manufacturer, must be responsible for product defects – there can be no holy cows” – emphasized the minister.
Pełczyńska -Nałęcz expressed the hope that the Sejm – as in the case of the Act on the openness of housing prices – will again “stand on the side of people”. “This is not the end – we go on!” she added.
Publicity of housing prices
This would be another project imposing additional obligations on developers. President on Friday Andrzej Duda He signed a law obliging developers to publish the prices of apartments they offer.
It is about the amendment to the law on the protection of the rights of the buyer of a dwelling or a single -family house and a developer warranty fund. The new regulations impose on developers the obligation to inform about the prices of sold residential premises or single -family houses. It will be implemented through developers' websites.
The information is to provide the price of a square meter of usable area of each of the offered residential premises or single -family houses and the entire property or part of it, which is the subject of the contract. The developer will also have to provide the prices of the so -called belonging rooms, such as cells, attics, basements or garages, if the price of these rooms or rights is not included in the price of a sq m of usable space.
