A recording of a rare scene from the natural world was sent to us by Kontakt 24. It shows a group of wolves encountering a boar without a leg in the forest. – Seeing its determination in its own defense, they knew it was not worth the risk – said the author of the film.
– It is very difficult to record such unique scenes, so I am glad that I managed to do it with hard work and determination – said Mr. Dawid, who regularly shares recordings of wild animals online under the pseudonym Leśny Kawaler, the author of the recording.
As he told the editorial team of Kontakt 24, “I have been observing and recording the wild boar without one leg for over two years. It probably lost its limb due to the fault of a poacher, because in the same part of the forest there lives a she-wolf, also without a leg.”
– In this case, the boar survived, and the wolves, seeing its determination to defend itself, knew it was not worth the risk. Especially since there were young ones with them. This place is also visited by beautiful deer, and after the whole situation, as if nothing had happened, young boars appeared with their mother – he added.
