I am embarrassed by the language that some politicians use. I am afraid that there are probably no limits at the moment, that you can say what you want with impunity – said Professor Zbigniew Ćwiąkalski on TVN24 on TVN24, referring to the situation of the parliamentary tense of Jarosław Kaczyński and Roman Giertych. – I am convinced that we will hear a lot before the presidential election, because the brakes have already released completely – he added.
On Wednesday there was a row in the Sejm. First, Jarosław Kaczyński entered the rostrum and called Roman Giertych a “main sadist”. After a while – when Giertych took a place on the rostrum – the PiS president stood next to him And, interfering with the statement, he called, among others, a “bunch”. “Jarek, sit down, calmly,” MP Ko told him. Others began to gather around PiS deputieswho called KO many times a “murderer”.
On Thursday, Kaczyński appeared in the Warsaw prosecutor's office, where he was questioned as a witness in the investigation regarding the death of Barbara Skrzypek. Before interrogation, he told journalists, among other things, that he hopes that Roman Giertych “will spend the rest of his life in prison”. In turn, according to Giertych, what the PiS president said, “indicates that he had a decision to go into insanity.”

– This is a traditional division of society, (this) is a sharpening of the language, because in my opinion probably not the best for Law and Justice is the presidential campaign of their candidate. Therefore, these words are addressed to the so -called hard electorate of Law and Justice. For me they are unacceptable at all – he said.
– I am embarrassed by a language that some politicians use, because you can discuss someone, you can argue, but you can do it culturally, and here the culture is missing – he added.
“I'm afraid there are probably no limits at the moment, that you can say what you want with impunity.” You can use any language, you can offend, you can insult, you can ridicule, you can humiliate and at least you like it. I hope that the minorities like – the lawyer continued.
– I am convinced that we will hear a lot before the presidential election, because the brakes have already released completely. Sometimes you can think about whether some control what they say, whether they are controlling it at all – he added.
Ćwiąkalski about the Cyba case: none of the institutions wondered what would happen next
Ćwiąkalski also referred to the transfer from prison Ryszard Cyby, sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of Marek Rosiak at the PiS office in Łódź in 2010.
He agreed with the Minister of Justice Adam Bodnarthat in this matter “There were many mistakes.”
– First of all, a prison is not a hospice. The prison is not to keep people who are unreal, do not have contact with reality (…). In my opinion, the prosecutor's office should ask the prosecutor's office that the prosecutor's office applies for the incapacitation of this person and to establish a curator for him – he pointed out.
According to Professor Ćwiąkalski, “all three institutions, i.e. the court, prosecutor's office and prison, did like what they were allowed to do in this situation, but none of these institutions wondered what would happen next.”
