Rafał Trzaskowski talked on Sunday in Munich with Kaja Kallas, the head of EU diplomacy and Svetlana Cichano, the leader of the Belarusian opposition. This is another of the meetings that the president of Warsaw and the candidate of the Civic Coalition for President held during a security conference.
