ABW: an indictment was filed in the case of SKOK Kujawiak
The borrowers were accused of submitting unreliable written statements about their obligations in their applications to SKOK Kujawiak in order to obtain a loan. They thus misled SKOK Kujawiak as to their actual intention to repay the loans – explained the Agency.
However, the president was charged with criminal mismanagement – for granting loans to customers without creditworthiness, but also for improperly taking over real estate from insolvent debtors and irregularities regarding unpaid VAT invoices.
The ABW investigation was supervised by the Gdańsk regional prosecutor’s office.
