Two adults and a child died in an accident on the A1 motorway in Sierosław (Łódź Voivodeship). Two passenger cars collided with each other, one of the vehicles caught fire. We received information and photos on Kontakt 24.
– Around 8 p.m., two passenger cars collided on the 339th kilometer of the A1 motorway in Sierosław. A fire broke out in one of the vehicles. Three people died – most likely a man, a woman and a child – said junior brigadier Jędrzej Pawlak, spokesman for the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Łódź.

The road towards Katowice was completely blocked after 10 p.m. According to the officer on duty at the GDDKiA road information point, traffic was diverted at the Tuszyn junction.
