Adam Glapiński, as the president of the National Bank of Poland, earned over PLN 1.3 million gross in 2022, according to information posted on the central bank’s website. This is an 18 percent increase over the previous year.

According to the data published on the website of the National Bank of Poland, the full remuneration of the president of the central bank in 2022 amounted to PLN 1,317,379 gross. For comparison, in 2021 it was PLN 1,115,739 gross, in 2020 – PLN 946,871, and in 2019 – PLN 794,771.

The NBP also announced the remuneration of the central bank governor in individual months. Against this background, March (PLN 260.2 thousand gross), November (PLN 236.5 thousand gross) and August (PLN 212.9 thousand gross) stand out.

Glapiński received the lowest salary in February, April, May, July, September, October and December – 47.3 thousand each. PLN gross.
