Adam Johnson is being honored by his family members.

After the hockey player’s sudden death after sustaining an harm throughout a recreation, his associate Ryan Wolfe shared an emotional tribute.

“My candy candy angel,” she wrote on her Oct. 30 Instagram Story over a black and white image of Adam. “I will miss you without end and love you all the time.” She then adopted by sharing a post from Adam’s former workforce, the Ontario Reign, which had shared a picture of his jersey on the ice alongside the caption, “Ceaselessly in our hearts.”

And Ryan had proven on her social media that she was Adam’s no. 1 fan. In September, one month after he joined the Nottingham Panthers, she shared snaps of her and her love exploring his new house within the U.Okay. She captioned the put up, which included a mirror selfie of the 2 in addition to a picture of Adam smiling on the digicam, “Again to calculating time zones earlier than FaceTiming my mother.”

Adam died after he, per CNN, “appeared to endure a critical neck harm” after colliding with an opposing participant through the Panthers recreation in opposition to the Sheffield Steelers on Oct. 28. He was 29.
