Adam Pawlik appointed president of Polregio

Adam Pawlik was appointed by the supervisory board of Polregio as the president of the management board of this railway company, the carrier informed in a Thursday communiqué. From mid-April, Pawlik was the president of Polregio.

Moreover, the Supervisory Board decided that Marcel Klinowski will assume the position of vice-president as of 1 June this year. In mid-April, the Supervisory Board dismissed Artur Martyniuk from the position of President of the Management Board of Polregio.

Who is Adam Pawlik?

Polregio informed that Adam Pawlik is a manager with many years of experience, associated with the railway since 2006, and with Polregio since 2017, where he was previously a member of the management board – commercial director of Polregio. He is also a member of the supervisory board of Torpol SA and a member of the Advisory Team of the Government Plenipotentiary for the Central Communication Port for the Republic of Poland.

In turn, Marcel Klinowski has been involved in the implementation of the Central Communication Port at the level of government administration and the CPK company since 2018. He is a member of the Advisory Team of the Government Plenipotentiary for the Central Communication Port. Previously, he was the president of the Civic Projects Foundation.

Polregio

Polregio is a passenger railway carrier. Nearly 72 million passengers use its services annually. Polregio trains stop at over 1,900 stations. The company’s share in the rail passenger transport market remains at the level of 27%. The majority shareholder of Polregio is the Industrial Development Agency.
