Kołodziejczak: Time for agricultural CPK
– The state must have real tools to civilize the food market on behalf of consumer rights. Now it is Time to create “Agricultural CPK” – says Michał Kołodziejczak in an interview with Gazeta Wyborcza. He suggests, among others get along with Ukraine “In terms of managing the Black Sea port or lease of land in Ukraine for our breeding companies, but also our farmers or producer groups”.
The deputy minister wants to create a “real giant”

A giant, which will also enter private companies, in services such as food trade, logistics, processing – emphasizes.
“Let's not make beggars”
– Let's not make the beggars of ourselves – says Kołodziejczak, when asked about who would have finance agricultural CPK in Ukraine. He adds that if the “government has decided to allocate PLN 700 million to invest in two boilers producing companies”, it means that we can afford such investments. In this case, Kołodziejczak meant Rafako. The deputy minister emphasizes that The Germans and the French talk about investments with Ukraineand “the Italian government has just allocated EUR 11 million for agricultural investments”. In this case, Poland cannot stand aside.
Kwasniewski joined. A common team?
– I think that you need to invest in Ukraine, President Aleksander Kwasniewski is a similar opinion. You have to go there quickly. Kwasniewski came to me himself when he heard about this idea. – informs Kołodziejczak. The deputy minister adds that The former president has good contacts in Ukraine and that “that side is interested”. Kwasniewski was to propose the creation of a “joint team”, which “would prepare a detailed concept of the port in Ukraine”.
Kołodziejczak: Common goals with Ukrainians
According to Kołodziejczak, if the idea was implemented, it Poland will have “control over what is happening over one of the most important trade routes in the worldthat is, through the Black Sea. ” We have common goals with Ukrainiansthat we are needed, and this will have a positive impact on the attitude of Poles to Ukrainians – says Kołodziejczak.
