An investigation is underway. According to preliminary findings, the events on the set were an accident. Baldwin says he didn’t pull the trigger.
Earlier this week, police announced that Baldwin was unwilling to cooperate on the ongoing investigation.
On Saturday, the Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office reported that the actor had handed his phone over to investigators. They are to obtain a range of data, including text and voice messages. Baldwin handed the phone over to the services voluntarily. But that’s not the point, there are no replies on the phone. Alec did nothing wrong, said actor defender Aaron Dyer.
