A three thousand zloty fine is a penalty for a 30-year-old driver who was driving a bus without one wheel. The man was detained in Płazów (Podkarpackie Voivodeship). He explained to the police that he had removed the wheel because of a brake system failure, he knew about the failure and was heading to the workshop to fix it.

On Friday (April 14) in the village of Płazów in the Lubaczów district, policemen detained a 30-year-old citizen for road control Ukrainewho was driving the bus. The police seized the driver’s registration document and fined him PLN 3,000. The police also forbade him to continue driving.
