Doubts about the hotline
In March, a few months after the new form of contact with the tax office was implemented in the first six voivodeships (Greater Poland, Lesser Poland, ĆĂłdĆș, Lower Silesia, Podlaskie and Opole), the “Rzeczpospolita” daily reported that both accounting offices and ordinary people complained alternately . It was more difficult to find out something specific and get things done.
– The central hotline, which replaced a direct phone call to the office, made our work much more difficult – said Sylwia Rzepka, an expert at the Association of Accountants in Poland and co-owner of the Rzepka accounting office, quoted by “Rz”.
– The lady was nice and wanted to help, but later it turned out that in offices they do things differently than she said. I only lost time and money on commuting – reported a reader of the daily. He was sure it would be easier if he called the appropriate office and learned about local customs.
