Entrepreneurs can pay less for electricity
Many micro, small and medium -sized entrepreneurs used prices maximum electricity (693 PLN/MWh) in the second half of 2024. Information about such assistance must be reported to their electricity seller. The Ministry of the Climate reminds that The deadline for providing appropriate formalities is June 30, 2025. Their failure will be associated with problems. The deadline was extended from February 28, 2025 so that entrepreneurs have more time to deal with formalities.
The deadline for important formalities passes
The statement must be made by entrepreneurs who have used state assistance. It was given as a public aid, which Electricity sellers settle with you. The model statement is available on the website of the climate ministry. It should be supplemented in it, among others information about the company's data and the nature of the assistance received. It can be signed with an electronic or traditional signature. In the latter variant, the statement must be sent by post to the supplier's address or submitted in person at the Customer Service point.
Serious consequences for no declaration
Failure to submit relevant documents on time will result in correction of settlements for 2024 and calculations using prices resulting from the contract (instead of the maximum price).
