Attorneys for the girl accusing Prince Andrew of sexual assault have requested permission to interview two potential witnesses within the UK.

One is a lady who allegedly noticed the royal “with a younger lady” at Tramp nightclub in London, whereas the opposite is a former assistant of the prince’s whose identify appeared in convicted intercourse offender Jeffrey Epstein’s “black e book”, in keeping with the courtroom request.

Virginia Giuffre’s attorneys have written to Choose Lewis Kaplan, who rejected Prince Andrew’s attempt to have the sexual assault lawsuit against him thrown out earlier this week.

The letter says that Ms Walker allegedly noticed Andrew “with a younger lady across the time that Plaintiff contends Prince Andrew abused her in London after visiting Tramp Nightclub.”

It continues: “As a result of Prince Andrew has denied ever assembly Plaintiff or being at Tramp Nightclub in the course of the related time interval, Ms Walker’s testimony is extremely related.

The second attachment asks for testimony from Robert Olney, stated to be the prince’s former equerry, or assistant.

It says: “Plaintiff has motive to imagine that Mr Olney has related details about Prince Andrew’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, as Mr Olney’s identify seems in publicly accessible copies of Epstein’s cellphone e book (or “Black E-book”).”

Charles avoids Andrew query

Earlier, there have been calls for Prince Andrew to lose his police protection and his dukedom whereas he awaits a civil trial, accused of sexual assault.
