Andrew Flintoff was at Cardiff’s Sophia Gardens on Friday as he joined up with the England squad for his or her one-day worldwide collection in opposition to New Zealand.

The previous England captain, 45, was hospitalised final December after he suffered facial accidents in an accident whereas capturing for Prime Gear at Dunsfold Aerodrome in Surrey.

It’s believed to be the primary time Flintoff has been photographed in public since struggling his accidents.

Flintoff is an in depth pal of England managing director Rob Key and is about to be with the squad for the rest of the collection.

He’s not on account of be with the group for the upcoming World Cup in India.

England captain Jos Buttler mentioned it was “nice” to have Flintoff across the squad and he had “settled in rather well”.

Talking after the hosts’ eight-wicket defeat, he mentioned: “So he is been beginning to do some stuff in cricket.

“It is simply nice for him to be round, he is clearly an England legend and it is simply good to have him across the group.

“He isn’t been introduced in with any particular position, simply to be round and observe.

“A number of of the lads can choose his brains a bit bit and he is settled in rather well. It is nice to have him with us. Only for this collection.”
