The minister met the president on Thursday, June 5, the day before signing. – The president said directly that He is ashamed, that he did not come up with such an idea because the issue of openness prices apartments should be regulated a long time ago – said the minister after the meeting.
What does the price on the openness of the price require?
Developers will be obliged to run websites with the prices of apartments from the beginning to the end of sales. The seller's duty will be Placing the price per meter square, as well as for all of the property not only on the site, but also on a special government portal (Dane.gov.pl). The rates must also be updated every 24 hoursand the seller must archive them (which will allow any buyer to compare the price). Failure to comply with regulations will be associated with penalties imposed by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
