Aneta Łuczka, our incomparable lawyer, great friend and colleague, has passed away. Many of us worked with her every day, we all benefited from her legal knowledge and experience. “Fakty” TVN, TVN24 and TVN24.pl have lost a special person.

Aneta Łuczka has been associated with the station for over 20 years. This work was her passion and the whole world. She understood us and our journalistic, television world. Thanks to her work, we felt safe, secure and cared for. She defended us and our journalistic arguments in court, represented us in many difficult cases and disputes. She fought and won for us. Throughout this time, we were accompanied by her professionalism, diligence, peace and kindness.

There were no frivolous problems

Magdalena Krauze, TVN24 lawyer: Anetka’s death is especially painful for me – we worked together from my first day on TVN24 and we quickly became friends. Pain, disbelief and anger are mixed with warm memories of Aneta. She was a wonderful, extraordinary person, full of passion and commitment, and a very modest and sensitive person. She was also an extremely competent lawyer. Treated by everyone with great respect and even greater sympathy. She exuded inner peace, cheerfulness, which she was able to combine with professional treatment of matters and high expectations of herself. Always ready to help. Always in the position – she worked with great commitment, always 100 percent. It is said that there are no irreplaceable people. It’s not true.

Michał Chlebowski, TVN24 journalist: Aneta – above all – was. Just. This is a person whose help, as reporters, publishers, and editors, we could count on at any time. Always kind and always incredibly committed, even concerned about every matter we addressed her with. Such a lawyer with journalistic flair. I think it was her great advantage that there were no trivial problems for her. Anyone who needed her help, legal advice – could count on her. When she fell ill, so suddenly, we immediately felt her absence in the editorial office. It is hard to believe that she is not with us today.
