In the next recording, the intervening policeman can be heard instructing the MP that he has the right to file a complaint. The officers are then seen heading towards the police cars and driving away. After a while, Macierewicz also joins the traffic.

Radio Eska reported that the citizen's report, after which the politician was detained for inspection, concerned a ban on stopping and parking. The station also reported that the police detained the politician's electronic driving license.

The politician himself denied this in an interview with Polsat News. – I didn't lose my driving license, that's not true. I don't have such a document, there was no such document about losing my driving license – he said.
