The Sejm will vote today regarding the expression of a vote of confidence for the government. As announced by the vote of trust, the government will not give PiS, Confederation and Circle together.
Today, on an additional day of the meeting, the Sejm will deal with the Prime Minister's request Donald Tusk for expressing a vote of trust for the government. This will be the first meeting point that will start at 9 o'clock, and voting is planned.
The Prime Minister announced the submission of a vote of trust the day after the second round of presidential elections, which was won by supported by PIS Karol Nawrocki, obtaining less than 370,000 votes than the candidate of the Civic Coalition Rafał Trzaskowski.

As announced by the vote of trust, the government will not be granted to the 189 PiS Club of 189 MPs, which have 16 MPs of the Confederation Club and a five -person circle together. – We are an opposition party, so of course we will not go through a vote, – said the leader of Together Adrian Zandberg a week ago.

The government coalition has a total of 242 deputies, including the Civic Coalition Club – 157 MPs, Polish clubs 2050 and PSL – 32 deputies, and the left club – 21. The advantage of votes is seen as safe enough that most parliamentarians treat voting as a formality. At the same time, the application submitted by the premiere has become an opportunity to express their doubts for those who do not convince the current achievements of the government.

Application for a vote of confidence
According to the Constitution, within 14 days of the President's appointment, the Prime Minister presents the Program of the Council of Ministers to the Sejm with a request to grant her vote of confidence.
The vote of trust, the Sejm adopts an absolute majority of votes in the presence of at least half of the statutory number of deputies. The prime minister may also ask the Sejm to express a vote of trust to the Council of Ministers at any time of his office.
The lack of support from the Sejm for the application for a vote of trust obliges the prime minister to resign for the president.
