Forecasters from the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management issued first-degree meteorological warnings.
IMWM warnings
First degree warnings against dense fog apply to the following voivodeships:
- West Pomeranian VoivodeshipGryfino and Myślibórz counties;
- Pomeraniancounties: Tczew, Malbork, Sztum, Kwidzyn;
- Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship;
- Warmian-Masurian Voivodeshipcounties: Iława, Nowe Miasto, Działdowo;
- Greater Polandexcept for the Złotów district;
- Lubuskie;
- Lower Silesia;
- Opole Province;
- Silesian;
- Łódźexcept for Opoczno and Rawa counties;
- Masovian Voivodeshipcounties: Żuromin, Sierpc, Płock, Płock, Gostynin, Sochaczew;
- Lesser Polandcounties: Sucha, Nowy Targ, Nowy Sącz, Nowy SączGorlice;
- Podkarpackiecounties: Jasło, Krosno, KrosnoSanok, Lesko, Bieszczady.
Dense fog is forecast in places, where visibility may be below 200 meters.
Warnings everywhere will expire at 9 on Sunday.

Dangerous meteorological phenomena are expected to occur, causing significant material losses and a threat to health and life.
