One of the ten largest battery producers in the world, Chinese China Aviation Lithium Battery (CALB), will build its factory in the west of Portugal. The company's management explains that this undertaking that serves a “long -term action plan on the European market”.

The company, classified as the 10th largest battery manufacturers – as Lisbon's weekly “Expresso” established – will start the construction of the plant during this year's spring.
Chinese plans to conquer the European market
Quoted by the Liu Jingyu newspaper from the management of Calb, he explained that the undertaking that serves a “long -term plan of activities on the European market” will lead to launching at least 1,800 jobs in Portugal.
