French, Italian and Swiss Alps hit heavy snow and rain. As a result of a violent aura, thousands of households are without electricity, and some roads, including the tunnel at Mont Blanc, are impassable.
Meteorologists from Meteo-France issued warnings against avalanches and floods in the eastern departments of the country. It snowed strongly in Sabaudia, among others. An avalanche has come out in this department.
At the French Val Thorens ski resort, the avalanche covered a man who was hospitalized. According to the BFM television station, he had a heart attack. He is in a critical condition.
Flooding in Italy
Also in Italy, weather conditions are difficult. The highway connecting Turin and the Aosta Valley was closed due to partial flooding. There is no electricity in the Aosta valley. In Milan, parks were closed because of a strong wind, which he reached in gusts up to 100 kilometers per hour.

The Polish consulate in Milan warned against extraordinary weather conditions and drew attention to the difficult situation in Piedmont, where some places were under water.
Italian firefighters reported on platform X that a 92-year-old resident of Piedmont was found dead in his home that was flooded.

The highest degree warnings in Switzerland
In Switzerland, the authorities appealed to tourists going to the mountains during Easter that they should think about posting the trip because of heavy snowfall and heavy rain. In a part of the country, the third, highest degree meteorological warnings were issued. Red alarms have not been in force in Switzerland since 2001. Meteosuisse warns against mudslides and floods. The Swiss federal meteorology and climatology office explained that a violent aura is associated with the lowland, which brought heavy rainfall, which could amount to up to 250 liters of water per square meter.
