On Oct. 21, as Bad Bunny started his monologue as a first-time host of the NBC sequence, he was joined without warning visitor Pedro Pascal.
The Chilean-born Final of Us actor, who made his personal SNL debut in February, acted as a mock translator for the Puerto Rican rapper, who informed the viewers that English was not his first language.
“Nicely, individuals, the reality is that this morning, I wakened on the lodge extremely drained,” Dangerous Bunny mentioned in Spanish. “I simply launched an album. I have been rehearsing all week. I nearly did not arrive. Site visitors in New York, you recognize, it is tremendous… I truthfully did not even wish to come right here, I swear.”
He continued, “However the reality is, no less than they’ve handled me nicely,” and thanked SNL creator and government producer Lorne Michaels.
Pedro then mentioned in English, “He says, ‘I am blessed to be right here with my favourite actor, Pedro Pascal.'”
