A 34-year-old man had almost two per mille of alcohol in his body when he lost control of the car, broke through a fence and hit the primary school building in Bałucz near Łask (Łódź Voivodeship). The injured man was taken to hospital. The police detained his driving license.
The incident took place on January 27, around 8:30 p.m. in Bałucz. Police officers from Łaska Police received information that a passenger car had hit the primary school building.

– Initial findings by police officers working at the scene show that the 34-year-old driver of a Hyundai car lost control of the vehicle and hit a fence and then hit the primary school building. Police officers working at the scene of the incident tested a resident of Łask County for alcohol content. The man had almost two permille of it in his body, says Sgt. staff. The 34-year-old was taken to hospital with injuries. The police confiscated his driving license and the registration certificate of the vehicle he was driving.
