Saturday started cold in the Beskidy Mountains, in the morning in some places it was only 0 degrees Celsius, there was also a strong wind. However, it is sunny, the weather is favorable for hiking – informed the lifeguard on duty of the Beskidzka Group of the Mountain Volunteer Rescue Service.
– It was chilly on Saturday morning. It was zero degrees Celsius in Markowe Szczawiny, Hala Miziowa and Klimczok. In Przysłop and Leskowiec the thermometers showed three degrees, in Szczyrk there were four degrees. In addition, a fairly strong, gusty wind was blowing in the area of Klimczok and Leskowiec – said the lifeguard on duty of the Beskidzka Group of the Mountain Volunteer Rescue Service.
As he noted, “it is sunny in the morning, so properly dressed tourists will not feel cold”. – Conditions on tourist routes have improved. They are good and very good. Visibility is good. It’s a good day for a trip to the mountains – added Goprowiec.

Tourists who go on the trails must remember about appropriate footwear, a waterproof jacket and poles to help maintain balance. A supply of water is essential.
