Bezzecchi wins crash-filled one thousandth GP, Bagnaia taken out

MotoGP celebrated its one thousandth grand prix occasion with a chaotic 27-lap race on Sunday at Le Mans the place solely 13 riders completed because the likes of Bagnaia, Maverick Vinales and Marc Marquez all crashed out.

On lap three, Miller made the transfer stick on the run into the Dunlop chicane, whereas Bagnaia moved forward of Marini to take third simply behind.

Marquez stored Miller in shut consideration as Vinales on the manufacturing facility Aprilia discovered his method as much as fourth on Marini on lap 5 on the Dunlop chicane.

On lap eight, Bezzecchi pressured Marquez off observe at Flip 8 as they battle for second, which allowed Martin – who ran broad on the opening lap and dropped to eighth – to maneuver into third.

Fabio Quartararo concluded his wretched weekend seventh for Yamaha forward of Gresini’s Fabio Di Giannantonio, LCR Honda’s Takaaki Nakagami and Yamaha’s Franco Morbidelli.

Danilo Petrucci was eleventh on his one-off MotoGP return for Ducati changing the injured Enea Bastianini, with fellow stand-ins Lorenzo Savadori (RNF) and Jonas Folger (Tech3) the final finishers all the way down to thirteenth.

Honda duo Joan Mir and Alex Rins (LCR) crashed out of the race in separate incidents.
