The first time gels, the second, face creams and machine inserts. A 44-year-old from Bialystok was to steal such goods in the drugstore. When the police called him to the police station, he drove a bicycle. It turned out that the two -wheeler was also stolen. Just like the second bike, which the uniform found a 44-year-old during a search of the apartment.

It started with the fact that the uniform worked on the case of two thefts in a drugstore at the Bacieczki estate in Białystok.

– The monitoring was visible a man who takes products from the shelves, and then without paying, leaves the store. One day, he stole, among others, moisturizing and stimulating gels, while the other, while face creams and machine cartridges – we read in a message on the website of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Bialystok.

The bike was in police databases as stolen

The value of losses was estimated at nearly PLN 900. When the police determined that the suspect was a 44-year-old Białystok, contacted him and called him to the police station.

– When the 44-year-old appeared at the call, it turned out that he came by bike, which in police databases was stolen. In addition, while searching a man's apartment, police found another bike that was in police bases as lost as a result of theft, which occurred at the end of January in Choroszcz – informs the police.

Will answer in the conditions of recidivation

The man was detained and was arrested. He heard the charge of theft and fencing. Both in recidivism.

He faces up to five years imprisonment. Under recidivism, the penalty can be increased by half.
