A 43-year-old woman will answer for the unfounded call of the services, who called the emergency number, claiming that she cannot enter the apartment, and that there is a one-and-a-half-year-old child inside. When firefighters broke down the door, it turned out that the child was not there, and the woman made up the whole story.

This report sounded very serious. The emergency number was called by a woman from Bielsk Podlaski, who said that she could not enter the apartment where her one and a half year old child was unaccompanied.

Police and firefighters rushed to the spot. They found a drunk 43-year-old woman.

“The woman told the uniformed officers that she left the apartment for a moment and slammed the door. She cannot enter now because she left the keys inside” – informs Commissioner Agnieszka Dąbrowska from the District Police Headquarters in Bielsk Podlaski.

The 43-year-old had to repeat again that her child was inside. When firefighters broke down the door, they found no one there.

“Then the woman from Bielsko admitted that she made up the story because she wanted uniforms to open the door for her,” the policewoman reports.

The woman will answer to the court for unjustified summoning the services. Pursuant to the Code of Petty Offenses, this is punishable by arrest, restriction of liberty or a fine of up to PLN 1,500.
