Bielsko-Biała. The 66-year-old accused of abusing a 6-year-old in kindergarten

The boy complained to his mother that in the kindergarten in Bielsko-Biała he was beaten by other children under the guidance of the tutor. Parents notified investigators. The woman does not plead guilty, but the prosecutor's office directed an indictment against her.

The Bielsko-Biała Południe District Prosecutor's Office in Bielsko-Biała sent to the District Court of the IX Criminal Department in Bielsko-Biała an indictment against a 66-year-old pre-school teacher, accused of abusing a 6-year-old pupil of one of the Bielsko public kindergartens.

As described by Paweł Nikiel, spokesman for the District Prosecutor's Office in Bielsko-Biała, in April 2024, “Preschooler complained to his mother that the tutor's consent was beaten by other children in the group.”

The boy's worried parents submitted a notification of the possibility of committing a crime to the detriment of the child.

The tutor does not admit, she faces up to 8 years behind bars

The prosecutor's office presented the 66-year teacher, the allegation of art. 207 § 1 and KK is a boy abuse, remaining in the transient relationship of dependence on the suspect and clumsy due to age.

The woman did not plead guilty. “She made explanations not corresponding to the evidence gathered in the case,” says Nikiel in communication.

The alleged act is punishable by imprisonment from 6 months to 8 years.

The prosecutor calls for reacting to “all signals from children who indicate the likelihood of using violence against them or in improper behavior towards them on the part of adults.”
