ING wrote in a message that customers may have problems with the operation of the following functions: – logging in to banking and the mobile application is difficult, – after logging in, only basic services, such as account balances and transfer orders, are available, – it is not possible to pay with Blik codes and no there is access to the Makler module, – cash deposits in CDMs do not work,
As added, card payments at payment terminals should work properly. “We are trying to solve the problem as soon as possible. We will keep you informed about the development of the situation” – emphasized the bank.
ING about the hotline and the simplified version of the system
Earlier, the bank told customers that “due to the large number of phone calls, it is more difficult to reach the hotline”. “Please be patient and check the information on our website” – they appealed.
In turn, at 18.15 ING Bank Śląski explained that “logging into the simplified version of the system works, where you can check the balance or order a transfer”.
