Britney Spears celebrates the end of incapacitation

Britney Spears, whose incapacitation ended on Friday, is not hiding her happiness. On Monday, she published a series of Instagram posts in which she expressed her joy. “I am celebrating my freedom and my birthday for the next two months,” wrote the 39-year-old singer.

Britney Spears enjoys full freedom after almost 14 years of incapacitation. Los Angeles Court Judge Brenda Penny on Friday completed the guardianship imposed on the singer in early 2008. At the same time, Spears regained complete freedom in matters concerning her health, finances, career and private life. For nearly 14 years, her father, James “Jamie” Spears, decided everything.

On Monday, Spears, who turns 40 on December 2, published a series of posts on Instagram. “What a great weekend. I feel like I’m flying on a cloud,” reads the description of one of them. “Last night, I got my first glass of champagne in one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve ever seen. I’m celebrating my freedom and my birthday for the next two months. After 13 years. I think I’ve waited long enough,” said Spears.

“I am happy that my lawyer Matthew Rosengart showed up at the right moment in my life. He really changed my life. I will be grateful forever for that,” she wrote. Spears also wrote that seeing so many people celebrating victory “is beautiful to her.” I love my fans so much, thank you, “she added.

Britney Spears – almost 14 years of incapacitation

On November 12, Judge Brenda Penny ruled that both Britney Spears’ person and estate probation was terminated. Another hearing will be held on December 8, which is to concern still pending financial matters.

Even before the end of incapacitation, Spears announced that that she will fight for justice. On October 26, the singer wrote: “Loneliness does not bother me. I am tired of being forgiving like Mother Teresa. I am ending with those who are rude to me, free dear. This is a message to my family for hurting me more than it can. imagine it.

“I know the probation is coming to an end, but I will still demand justice. I’m only 163 cm tall, but all my life I’ve had to play someone much bigger. You know how terrible it is?” Spears pointed out.
