Bruce Springsteen is taking a short lived step again from the stage.

The singer, 73, lately introduced that he and his E Avenue Band have postponed the remainder of their September shows as he receives medical care.

“Mr. Springsteen is being handled for signs of peptic ulcer illness,” an announcement posted to his Instagram account Sept. 6 learn, “and the choice of his medical advisors is that he ought to postpone the rest of his September reveals.”
