Two people, including a three-year-old child, were injured in an accident that happened on Wednesday morning in Brzozowiec (Podkarpacie). According to preliminary police findings, the 38-year-old Ford driver lost control of the car, drove into a ditch and hit a roadside pole and then a tree.
The accident happened around 7 a.m. in Brzozowiec on the provincial road number 892. The 38-year-old was driving a Ford towards Zagórze.
– According to the preliminary findings of the policemen, the driver on the bend of the road lost control of the vehicle, drove off the road, drove into a ditch, hit a roadside pole, and then a tree – reports Monika Hędrzak, press officer of the Sanok police.
In the accident, a 38-year-old woman and a three-year-old child traveling with her were injured and transported to a hospital by a helicopter of the Polish Medical Air Rescue.
– The driver of the vehicle was also taken to the hospital. The woman was sober – adds the spokeswoman. The police establish the detailed circumstances of the incident and call for caution on the roads.
