Strict consequences for the driver

– Thanks to this recording, policemen will be able to determine the perpetrator of the offense and impose a penalty fine on him. A fine of up to three thousand zlotys and six penalty points for driving against the current. If the case goes to court, the driver will face a fine of up to thirty thousand zlotys – the policeman said.

He added that “driving against the tide is one of the most serious traffic offenses that exposes the life and health of drivers and other traffic participants.” – Compliance with traffic rules, mindfulness and responsibility for the wheel are key elements in avoiding such dangerous situations. Each driver should be aware of the consequences of driving against the tide and take all possible actions to avoid them – emphasized the subcommmberler Rakowski.
