Agents of the Central Corruption Bureau appeared at the house of Dariusz Olszewski, a former MP and vice president of the Polish Olympic Committee. The officers secured a private mobile phone policy and accused data from a private computer. – I do not have the status of a suspect, I was not questioned – emphasizes Dariusz Olszewski in an interview with tvnwarszawa.pl.

In the background of agent's actions there is an investigation into the suspicion that Piesiewicz has committed a VAT crime for which he is punishable by 25 years in prison. Jacek Dobrzyński, a spokesman for the CBA then confirmed that CBA agents conducted searches at the request of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Gdańsk in the investigation, which was initiated from the notification of the National Tax Administration.
