CBA sex mission. Agent Tomek may become a crown witness

In October 2009, seven high-ranking officers CBA went to Vienna. Although officially they were supposed to take part in a secret mission concerning corruption at the top of the government, the truth is completely different. As Tomasz Kaczmarek reveals, the purpose of the trip was the most famous Viennese brothel and a heady weekend in the company of sex workers Madame Nina – a Viennese celebrity and owner of an exclusive club. – It was 2009. The gentlemen already knew that their time in the CBA was coming to an end. And the cream of the crop, because they were directors, a director, deputy director, chief, his deputy and two undercover agents, including Tomasz Kaczmarek, went to Vienna to an escort agency. For them, it was a kind of culmination of their career, a kind of reward for faithful service. For our money – said Łukasz Ruciński on TVN24.

As he added, “this shows what kind of mentality prevailed at the CBA at that time”. – They felt unpunished, they felt like kings of life and decided to go for public money to use the services of a very popular and well-known brothel in Vienna at that time – he said.

Maciej Duda stressed that “the credibility of this trip to the brothel in Vienna was confirmed by the CBA itself”, which, after the reporters' conversation in the studio with Tomasz Kaczmarek, filed a notification with the prosecutor's office, which initiated a “large investigation” into the matter.

– Our latest findings are that Tomasz Kaczmarek has been questioned and heard the charges and he will be questioned because the prosecutors are considering, considering, and have even decided to conduct the procedure of calling him as a crown witness, which will ultimately be decided by the court if they actually file such a motion at the end. They are also considering making Tomasz Kaczmarek a minor crown witness – Duda said.

Journalists asked prosecutor Krzysztof Kopania – spokesman for the District Prosecutor's Office in Łódź, whether prosecutors actually want to grant Kaczmarek the status of a crown witness. – We asked a number of questions. The prosecutor wrote that at this stage it is not possible to provide any answer. So there is no denial, they simply cannot confirm – informed the journalist.
