The new supervisory board of Polska Grupa Lotnicza delegated chairman Łukasz Chaberski to the company's management board. Earlier, she dismissed two members of the management board – confirmed the spokeswoman of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Anna Szumańska.
From Wednesday, ownership supervision over the Polish Aviation Group, which includes, among others, PLL LOT is managed by the Minister of Infrastructure, not the head of state assets. – By the decision of the Minister of Infrastructure, four members of the supervisory board of Polska Grupa Lotnicza were dismissed on Wednesday – said Anna Szumańska, confirming unofficial media information.
Changes in the company's management board
She added that a new chairman of the council, Łukasz Chaberski, was appointed. – Today, the supervisory board dismissed two members of the management board. The chairman of the supervisory board of PGL, Łukasz Chaberski, was temporarily delegated to perform their duties, the spokeswoman said. On Tuesday, by decision of the Supervisory Board of LOT Polish Airlines, Michał Fijoł was dismissed as president of the national carrier.
PGL belongs 100 percent. to the State Treasury. The group consists of: LOT Polish Airlines (PGL owns 30.7% of the shares), as well as LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services, LS Airport Services, LS Technics, PGL Leasing and the Polish Aviation Academy.
