In conversation with “Gazeta Wyborcza” Tomasz Sygut reported that the editorial offices of TVP Info and the news programs TVP1 and TVP2 will not return to the headquarters of the Television Information Agency at Plac Powstańców Warszawy. Currently, the editorial offices of TVP World, Biełsat, TVP Polonia and TVP3 operate at the TAI headquarters. Warsaw. – Ultimately, everyone should be moved to Woronicza, and the square can be sold – Tomasz Sygut said in an interview with “GW”. Interestingly, other properties belonging to TVP, which only generate additional costs, will probably also be put up for sale.

– These money it will be possible to invest in a new building and, above all, in technology. In the next two years, at least PLN 200 million will be needed for new vehicles, cameras and broadcasting teams. And also for IT infrastructure – added the general director of Telewizja Polska.

TVP Info with a new logo, studio and antenna design

As of September, TVP Info will be broadcast from a studio on Woronicza Street, for the construction of which previously saved money was donated. – In the first half of the year alone, without canceling any program, and by rationally planning expenses, we saved almost PLN 360 million – revealed Sygut. The station will also gain a new logo and antenna design.

Interestingly, the logo of the entire Polish Television is also scheduled to change. However, the TVP director did not specify when this will happen. – Time and money are needed. Kurski has caused this wonderful company to become the least credible media brand in Poland. We want to change that. The new logo will also be a symbol of these changes, because we have to get to know each other again – concluded Tomasz Sygut.
