Children’s Day. Children answer questions – what is happiness, who do they want to become, what would the world be like without the Internet

What would the world look like without the internet? Who is the president? How do they see their future? And what is most important to them? This is what we asked the youngest on their holiday, Children’s Day.

Today is Children’s Day and that’s why the most important people on this day talk about the most important things. In the material “We give children a voice” we asked, among other things, what is most important for children. “Family”, “water”, “goodness, love, planet”, “to be happy”, “helping”, “taking care of yourself”, “not fighting”, “being together” – we heard, among others.

The children also answered the question of what the world would look like without the Internet. “It would be unpleasant, there would be no telephones, no watches, no computers”, “you would have to buy birds to send a letter”, “you wouldn’t be able to watch cartoons and make calls”, “you would have to go to the library and borrow encyclopedias” – they replied.

Why study? “To be smart”, “to have a big brain”, “to be able to do things that are at work”, the children said.

Children, when asked who the president is, answered, among other things: “It is you or the lady who rules the country”, “he is in charge of the army”, “he looks after, for example, diamonds”, “he is the head of our state”, “people come to him and talks about various things”, “he’s like a king”, “he has a limousine and everyone serves him”, “you have to be 35 and collect 100,000 signatures”.

When asked who they wanted to be, they mentioned: football player, artist, kindergarten teacher, clerk, scientist, dancer, firefighter, cook, circus lady, ninja, koala doctor, masseuse, veterinarian and policeman.

The children were also asked what makes them happy. “Toys”, “cuddling toys”, “surprises”, “good fun”, “ice cream”, “hugging by mum and dad”, “falling in love”, “telephone”, “mom and dad” – they answered without hesitation.

What makes their parents happy? “How children listen to each other”, “hugs from my daughter”, “how we are polite”, “how I hug them” – we heard.
