Chinese authorities said the US “engaged in unilateral intimidation and economic coercion” against Beijing.

Arms companies censored

Lockheed and Raytheon have already been the target of announced sanctions several times in connection with arms deliveries to Taiwan. In 2019 and 2020, Beijing announced the imposition of sanctions on them, but did not explain what they would involve or how they would be enforced.
