The airline in question informed that the girl's grandmother agreedfor two women to take her granddaughter to the toilet. The statement also added that mother of the child – who was not on board the plane – “expressed understanding” of the women's behaviour.

In recent years in Chinese social media like mushrooms after rain, more and more appear complaints about children crying in public places – and especially in public transport. Many Internet users criticize parents for not reacting appropriately to their children's behavior.

The behavior of the aforementioned passengers only fueled the ongoing conflict. China debate on parenting and childcare in public places. At the same time, the government in Beijing desperately trying to convince Chinese women and men to have more children.
