A woman in north-eastern China adopted dogs from nearby shelters to kill them and cook dishes from them. The case was described on Wednesday by the Hong Congan daily “South China Morning Post” after many entries that began to reach shelters from the residents in the Chinese province of Liaoning. The woman, acting on internet messengers under the pseudonym Zhixuan, spoke through these messengers to shelters and asked about the possibility of free adoption.
