Their price will have to increase in this situation by at least the value of the customs and the additional administration costs resulting from American requirements – he explained. In his opinion, customs may lead to a phenomenon hypertension in air transport. LOT is the second largest carrier in this part of Europe in terms of loads transported to the United States.
Weakening of the transport volume: She also felt fucker restrictions on access to the American market Lufthansa cargo. – In some industries, we observe the weakness of the announced transport volume for the coming weeks. However, we have already dealt with similar declines in the past. Therefore, it is difficult to state clearly whether the current situation results from new customs tariffs or whether it is a natural market fluctuation that appears from time to time – said Wojciech Ryglewicz, director of Lufthansa Cargo for Central and Eastern Europe.
Europe will strengthen relations with Asia? Michał Grochowski from PLL LOT believes that European aviation will find new markets. – I think that Europe will be increasingly switching to the internal market and the development of the offer within the European. In my opinion, the offer will also develop cargo transport to Asia. There are very strong partners and I don't mean China now. It is great chance to increase the presence of European carriers in India, Vietnam, South Korea and Taiwan – he emphasized.
Apple took iPhones: On Wednesday, April 9, US President Donald Trump imposed new duties on goods from abroad (in the case of China, the duties are already in force in the amount 105 percent).
